Heartland Wood Floors Co. incorporated in October of 1995. The company is owned by three
owners. Daniel Rhedin, President, has been in the wood flooring industry since 1979. James
Kwasneiwski, Vice President, has been in the wood flooring industry since 1985. Daniel
Morrison, Secretary/Treasurer, has been in the wood flooring industry since 1989. All three
owners have earned the craftsman degree from the National Wood Flooring Association.
The company originated with three owners and one employee. We now operate multiple two
men crews that specialize in certain areas of the wood flooring process. Our growth and training
allows us to handle both large and small scale projects, while maintaining personalized service
and quality craftsmanship. We are insured and registered as a contractor in the state of Nebraska
and Iowa. Our goal is to provide a full-service hardwood flooring company that provides quality
craftsmanship and personal service.

Showroom
A wide variety of custom and prefinished wood floors are displayed in our 2,500 square
foot showroom, which allows customers to view various species, grades, stains, finishes,
sheens, and additional features. We also carry in stock wood floor maintenance products
to help protect and maintain our customers' wood floors.
Personal Service
We encourage communication with our contractors and customers throughout the job.
Our helpful staff is always available for product selection or questions during the
showroom hours without appointment. However, appointments can be made if you wish
to meet with one of the owners about specific flooring needs. We also provide prompt
customer service for any warranty issues or concerns our customers may have throughout
the flooring process.
Quality Craftsmanship
All work is performed by our own employees and no work is subcontracted out, which
allows us to complete projects in a timely manner while maintaining quality. Our wood
floor technicians have training in accordance with the National Wood Flooring
Association's guidelines.
Continued Commitment
We provide all customers a survey upon completion of the job, so we can improve our
service and products. Through the valuable input of our customers, we are able to meet or
exceed your expectations. We also continue our commitment beyond the completion of
the job by mailing a reminder to customers every two years to schedule an estimate for a
recoat to ensure their investment lasts a lifetime.
